Hallsdale Powell WTP Expansion

WWR provided electrical, mechanical and plumbing system designs for this $3 million project.  The HVAC  plans were provided for the offices and control room, including a de-humidification system for the new 4,000 square foot membrane tank area. 
        

The Duck River Utility Commission (DRUC)

The  water plant expansion of an existing water treatment facility which serves 17,000 customers in the cities of Tullahoma and Manchester.  This project expanded the capacity from 7.5 mgd to 15 mgd and eventually 22.5 mgd.  The additional of Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes was a key element of this expansion.
        

Cookeville Water Treatment Plant Expansion

An expansion to the existing water plant facility for the City of Cookeville, TN.  The renovated facility included four new 700HP high service pumps with VFD starters to replace the existing high service pumps.  Project also included an expansion to the existing lab/control building.  A new SCADA system with a new fiber optic plant and CCTV system was also included as part of the project.    

Springhill Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion

A expansion to the existing waste water plant facility for the City of Springhill, TN. New construction included influent pump station, headworks facility, oxidation ditch, effluent filter facility, UV disinfection basins, dewatering facility.  Renovations and upgrades to the WAS/RAS facility. Existing oxidation ditch, and lab/control building were also included in the project.  
The entire plant received a fully automated SCADA system and emergency power system as part of the design.

Cookeville Raw Water Intake Expansion

An expansion to the existing raw water intake facility for the City of Cookeville.  The renovated facility included four new 700HP raw water pumps with VFD starters to replace the existing raw water pumps.  Project also included an expansion to the existing chemical feed building.  A new SCADA system with a new fiber optic plant and CCTV system was also included as part of the project.

East Tennessee Correctional Facility Waste Water Treatment Plant

WWR provided MPE design for a new waste water treatment plant for the State of Tennessee Department of Corrections.    Design  included a influent pump station, sequencing batch reactor (SBR) system, step aeration, and UV disinfection system.  A new lab/control facility and new chemical feed and dewatering facility was also included.  The entire plant received a fully automated SCADA system and emergency power system as part of the design.

Crossville Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion

An multi-phase expansion to the existing waste water plant facility for the City of Crossville, TN. New construction included headworks facility, sewage acceptance station, effluent filter facility, UV disinfection basins, and new high speed aeration blowers.  Renovations and upgrades to the influent pump station and dewatering building were also included in the project.  Emergency power for the new construction and plant was also included in the design.
